My name is Alli, and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist currently in my Clinical Fellow year. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan (class of 2022), and my Master’s Degree of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Lewis University (class of 2024). Throughout my clinical experiences, I have been fortunate to work in several settings including Adult Independent Living Centers, Public Schools, Outpatient Clinics, and Adult Day Programs. My specific areas of interest include augmentative and alternative communication, feeding therapy, and speech sound disorders. My love for the pediatric clinic setting came about after my placement at a pediatric outpatient center. I specifically enjoy that in the clinic setting there is opportunity to meet each client’s family and make treatment meaningful to the entire family unit. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and cooking. I am so happy to be part of the team here at Helping Hands!
